Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development and project documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools

- Research emerging materials and technologies to enhance design innovation
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining project quality and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and ADA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with 5+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-end residential and commercial projects
- LEED AP or NCARB certification preferred
- Strong understanding of NYC zoning laws and construction methodologies
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and technical detailing abilities
- Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion
