We seek a visionary Senior Architectural Designer to lead transformative residential and commercial projects across NYC and beyond. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers
- Develop detailed BIM models and construction drawings using Revit/AutoCAD
- Present design concepts to high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Research and integrate cutting-edge sustainable materials and technologies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and client expectations
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end architectural design
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning residential/commercial projects
- New York State architectural license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and client presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
