Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation of complex architectural projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and interior designers
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and material palettes for client presentations
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 7+ years professional experience
- NY State architectural license (RA) required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite

- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
