Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interiors)
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Develop sustainable design solutions targeting LEED certification
- Prepare presentations for client reviews and regulatory approvals
- Mentor junior designers and interns
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive design experience
- Registered Architect (NY State license required)
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative sustainable projects
- Strong understanding of NYC Building Codes and Zoning
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
