Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development and documentation for high-profile architectural projects
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior design teams
- Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and material selections
- Manage client relationships and project timelines from inception to completion
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and code compliance reviews
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design quality control standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 5+ years of professional experience
- Registered Architect (NY State license required)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design excellence in commercial/residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and Zoning Resolution
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Experience with BIM coordination and sustainable design principles
