Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Develop detailed interior design plans integrating spatial planning, material selection, and lighting solutions
- Manage client relationships and project timelines while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban environments
- Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP consultants for integrated design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and oversee CAD/BIM documentation standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (BArch/MArch preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end residential/commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and technical excellence
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
- Exceptional presentation skills and client communication abilities
