Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from concept to construction documentation
- Create innovative architectural plans and detailed interior specifications
- Manage client relationships and project timelines across diverse portfolios
- Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP consultants
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Develop compelling 3D visualizations and presentation materials
- Mentor junior designers and ensure design quality standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of professional experience in high-end projects
- Registered Architect license (NY State)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional spatial design solutions
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and sustainability standards
- Proven track record of managing complex projects
