Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for luxury residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and interior designers
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and ADA regulations
- Develop detailed BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Present design concepts to high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior designers and interns
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural design experience
- LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential/commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- NY State Architect license required
