Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for luxury residential and commercial projects
- Integrate sustainable design principles and BIM technology into all deliverables
- Manage client relationships and project timelines from schematic to construction
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and construction teams
- Present design concepts to high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and review technical drawings
- Research emerging materials and construction methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of professional experience in high-end design
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ completed luxury projects
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and regulations
- Exceptional visualization and presentation skills
- Proven track record of managing complex projects
