Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Develop and present client-facing design proposals and project presentations
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
- Revit and AutoCAD modeling for complex architectural systems and detailing
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new development opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end architectural practice
- Registered Architect (NY State license required)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino
- Proven track record of delivering complex commercial/residential projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
