Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development for luxury residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and 3D visualizations using Revit, Rhino, and V-Ray
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers)
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client deliverables
- Present design concepts to high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate construction documentation
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to firm-wide innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field (BArch/MArch required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end architectural design
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Proven portfolio demonstrating complex spatial solutions and material innovation
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional communication skills and client management experience
- Portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects
