Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from concept through construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines using BIM technology
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interiors) for seamless execution
- Develop innovative sustainable design solutions meeting LEED/WELL standards
- Create compelling visual presentations for client pitches and design reviews
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design excellence and code compliance
- Contribute to studio innovation through research and material exploration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 7+ years of progressive experience
- Registered Architect (NCARB certification required)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-end residential/commercial projects
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Strong sustainable design principles and LEED AP credentials
- Exceptional client management and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative material and spatial solutions
