Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development through detailed documentation using BIM software
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interior designers) for cohesive execution
- Present design solutions to high-net-worth clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and LEED/Sustainable Design standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining premium quality control
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban sites
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and portfolio development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end architectural practice
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape/V-Ray rendering
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential and commercial projects
- NYS architectural license or eligibility for reciprocity
- Exceptional spatial problem-solving and material innovation skills
- Experience with NYC DOB permitting processes
