Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design and master planning phases for high-profile commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand identity.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD with a focus on precision and code compliance.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers, to integrate complex systems seamlessly.
- Conduct thorough site visits and manage project progress to ensure designs are realized exactly as envisioned, on time, and within budget.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders, effectively articulating technical details and sustainability benefits.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to foster professional growth within the design team.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and current licensure (e.g., AIA, LEED AP).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.
- Expert proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and traditional drafting tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp).
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for high-end presentation graphics.
- Deep knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards (LEED, WELL, Living Building Challenge).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
