Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept development through construction administration.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns to foster professional growth.
- Prepare and present detailed design proposals and construction documents to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (LEED).
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure as an Architect (AIA) in the state of New York.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial or residential architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and technical skill.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate with clients.
