Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design efforts for high-profile commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand standards.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from schematic design through construction documentation and final punch lists.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design issues in the field.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and renderings using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Mentor junior staff and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (LEED).
Qualifications
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in a senior-level role.
- Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD with the ability to mentor others.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and creative design capabilities.
- Professional Architecture License (AIA) or eligibility for licensure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
