Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand identity.
- Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and construction documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Develop and present design concepts to clients, providing clear explanations of technical details.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (LEED).
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance within the design studio.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of architectural and interior design skills.
- Valid NCARB certification or equivalent professional licensure is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas effectively.
