Your Role:
You will lead the design process from conceptualization to construction administration, ensuring our projects exceed client expectations while adhering to strict timelines and budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural and interior projects, from concept to completion.
- Create high-fidelity 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and material selection to ensure design integrity.
- Collaborate closely with clients to translate their vision into actionable design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate with consultants, and oversee construction administration.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards (BCA).
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the firm’s creative direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Masters degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in architecture and interior design in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (EP/S Pass) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and local regulatory bodies (BCA).
