Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from concept development to construction documentation.
- Oversee interior design elements, ensuring cohesive styling and functional spatial planning.
- Manage client relationships, presenting concepts, and incorporating feedback into designs.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants to ensure project integrity.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations using Revit and SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction activities to ensure quality control.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, building codes, and sustainability standards (LEED).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
- Proven track record of managing projects from schematic design to final delivery.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Rhino.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of technical skill and creative vision.
- LEED Accreditation (AP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
