Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept through construction administration for high-profile projects.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring project vision is translated into reality.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and prepare technical drawings.
- Oversee the drafting and detailing team to ensure high-quality production standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Present design concepts and progress reports to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial and residential architecture.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, detailing, and 3D modeling.
- Architect Registration (AIA) or equivalent licensure is required.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior architects and interns.
