As a key member of our design leadership, you will bridge the gap between conceptual vision and technical reality, ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed client expectations and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex commercial and residential projects from concept to completion.
- Manage client relationships, conducting presentations and workshops to articulate design concepts.
- Oversee the production of technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations, planning laws, and sustainability standards.
- Mentor junior staff and architectural technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Fully Chartered (RIBA Part 3) or Candidate Member status with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in UK architecture practice.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of UK construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders effectively.
- A passion for sustainable design and smart city integration.
