Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process for high-profile commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and brand standards.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery on schedule.
- Utilize advanced BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) to create detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with civil engineers, interior designers, and contractors during construction phases.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (LEED/WELL).
- Mentor junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) required; licensure (ARE) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles, materiality, and construction methods.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
