Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement novel deep learning architectures to solve complex, unstructured problems.
• Lead end-to-end research projects, from hypothesis generation to prototype deployment.
• Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency at scale.
• Collaborate with the product team to translate research breakthroughs into consumer-facing features.
• Publish cutting-edge research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or engineering.
• Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed venues or shipping high-impact models.
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), Transformers, or diffusion models is highly preferred.
