Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Lead end-to-end research projects, from hypothesis generation to prototype deployment.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency at scale.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate research breakthroughs into consumer-facing features.
- Publish cutting-edge research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Mentor junior researchers and Ph.D. interns to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or engineering.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed venues or shipping high-impact models.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), Transformers, or diffusion models is highly preferred.
