Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced deep learning algorithms, specifically in NLP and Transformers.
- Design and implement scalable training pipelines for large-scale models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Present research findings and technical insights to stakeholders and the broader AI community.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and deep learning research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and optimization.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
