- Mentor junior researchers and optimize MLOps pipelines
- Translate research prototypes into production-grade solutions serving >1M daily users
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing 15+ AI research papers
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong background in transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
