Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating research prototypes into scalable production systems
- Develop proprietary algorithms for quantum machine learning and NLP applications
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) and conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate research innovations into commercial solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source research framework
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in AI/quantum research
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing and GPU optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from ideation to deployment
