Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage confidential documents, contracts, and sensitive information using secure protocols
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance requests
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Streamline administrative processes using Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary CRM systems
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience in professional services or corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with calendar management for executives and complex scheduling
