- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Streamline office operations and implement new administrative workflows to increase efficiency.
- Oversee special projects and event planning, ensuring all details align with company standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate information.
- Facilitate team meetings and track action items to ensure organizational accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex scheduling and logistical challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment without sacrificing detail.
- Experience with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
