Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, complex scheduling, and international travel arrangements
- Oversee office procurement, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance coordination
- Develop/implement administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead onboarding programs for new hires and coordinate departmental training
- Prepare confidential reports, board presentations, and executive correspondence
- Serve as primary liaison for cross-departmental projects and external partners
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
