Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including calendar management, travel coordination, and vendor relationships
- Prepare executive communications, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items
- Optimize administrative systems and implement process improvements
- Onboard new hires and conduct administrative training programs
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative support experience with executive exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Proven experience with budget tracking and expense management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and discretion in handling confidential information
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP-OM) preferred
