Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with precision
- Coordinate departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for digital and physical records

Qualifications
