- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor contract administration
- Lead cross-functional projects including onboarding processes and office relocations
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain compliance with document retention policies
- Serve as primary liaison for HR, IT, and facilities departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience in corporate or professional services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional time management
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
