Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for C-suite executives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive office filing systems, digital databases, and document control protocols
- Oversee procurement processes, vendor contracts, and office supply inventory management
- Coordinate multi-departmental projects including onboarding, event planning, and process improvements
- Prepare complex reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite capabilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal communications and external stakeholder inquiries
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field; Bachelor's preferred
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proven experience in budget management, procurement, and vendor relations
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization and documentation improvement
