- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for 5+ department heads
- Manage confidential documentation, records retention, and compliance protocols
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Implement and optimize administrative systems using Microsoft Office Suite
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience in financial services
