Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and prioritize competing priorities
- Lead office administration including supply chain management, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee onboarding processes, training materials, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate departmental events, meetings, and offsite activities for 50+ personnel
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce administrative overhead
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and document management platforms
- Professional certification in office administration or project management preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
