Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence

- Implement and maintain digital filing systems
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff

Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience in corporate environments
