Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high-level meetings across multiple departments
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply management, vendor relationships, and facility coordination
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff and maintain HR documentation
- Analyze departmental workflows and implement efficiency improvements using project management tools
- Act as primary liaison between executive team and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience in budget tracking and expense management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
