Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple departments
- Manage confidential records, contracts, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and distribute high-impact reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships for optimal resource allocation
- Lead onboarding processes and training for new administrative staff
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems for 100% compliance with regulatory standards
- Act as primary liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience in a corporate environment
