Responsibilities

- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationship management
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain HR records
- Implement digital filing systems ensuring HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Act as primary liaison for external stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and document management tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
