Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office suite.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing candidate documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking for departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A degree or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
