Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects and initiatives, tracking progress and reporting milestones.
- Oversee office inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
- Organize and attend company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Discreet and professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
