Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and travel coordination for C-suite executives
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Prepare and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Manage departmental budget tracking and expense reconciliation processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Coordinate complex meeting logistics including virtual and hybrid event setups
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with strict data security protocols
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff on company procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years progressive administrative experience in corporate environments
