Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, take minutes, and distribute comprehensive meeting summaries.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and post, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Assist in the organization of company events, team-building activities, and corporate travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional reception experience.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., AAT) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude.
