Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of monthly and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and variance reports in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations for all accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the treasury team on cash flow forecasting, budget preparation, and long-term financial planning.
- Lead the external audit preparation process and coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred).
- CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, tax regulations, and internal controls.
