Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee GL maintenance, journal entries, and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Lead internal control audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with tax and audit teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional projects
