Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead SOX compliance audits and internal control documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost optimizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Prepare executive financial dashboards and ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CPA candidate required
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and financial statement preparation
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SAP proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international standards
- Proven leadership in process improvement initiatives
