- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Lead financial reporting initiatives for multi-entity portfolios ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee audit preparations and liaise with external auditors to resolve findings
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and automation tools
- Mentor junior accountants while ensuring SOX 404 compliance documentation
- Analyze financial trends to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification (required)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA and financial modeling
- Deep expertise in GAAP, SOX, and multi-state tax regulations
- Proven success in implementing ERP system upgrades
