Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for 100+ client portfolios
- Develop and maintain internal controls ensuring SOX compliance
- Collaborate with audit teams to resolve technical accounting issues
- Streamline accounts payable/receivable workflows using Oracle ERP
- Support M&A due diligence through financial modeling and analysis
- Mentor junior accountants on GAAP and IFRS standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Oracle, and Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in complex reconciliations and intercompany transactions
- Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
