Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal and external audit coordination with third-party auditors
- Develop and implement process improvements for financial reporting workflows
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing for 200+ employees
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to leadership
- Maintain internal controls documentation and SOX compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Proven ability to manage complex month-end close processes with accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with multinational accounting and multi-currency transactions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders
