Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the general ledger, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and local tax regulations and assist with external audits.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial discrepancies with high precision.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget forecasting and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
